Topher Delamarter is a valued superintendent within our team, known among his colleagues for his hard work and dependability. Topher enjoys challenges and the dynamic nature of his role, using his problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional results. He takes pride in working for a company that consistently serves its clients well.

Outside of work, Topher has two boys and runs Sharktooth Cycling, a nonprofit program that reflects his love for cycling. When he's not on his bike, you'll find him skiing or snowboarding in the beautiful Montana mountains he calls home. His personal motto, Carpe Diem, sums up his approach to life and work—seizing opportunities and making the most of every day. If you join him for happy hour, he'll be ordering a beer.
