Project Engineer

Ted Kalb brings a disciplined, systems-oriented mindset to his role as Project Engineer at Blue Ribbon Builders. With experience in residential construction and field engineering, he excels at bridging technical planning with hands-on execution, supporting layout, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination on site.

Ted is driven by seeing a client’s vision come to life and values the teamwork it takes to build something exceptional. He lives in Belgrade with his wife and their Black Lab/German Shepherd pup, Indie. Outside of work, you’ll find him fly fishing, golfing, hiking, practicing archery, or chasing turns on his snowboard. He lives by the motto, “You are confined only by the walls you build yourself.”
