Kendyl supports Blue Ribbon Builders as our HR Representative, serving as a resource for employees across all departments. With a focus on fostering a positive and supportive work environment, she is here to help team members navigate HR processes and feel empowered in their roles.

Outside of the office, Kendyl enjoys snowboarding, fishing, camping, and traveling—making the most of Montana’s great outdoors. Her door is always open, and she’s happy to be a trusted resource for the team.
