Josh Canaday

Project Manager

Born and raised in Oregon, Josh Canaday brings a lifetime of hands-on construction experience to every project he oversees. With a background rooted in concrete and framing, Josh has spent nearly his entire life in the construction industry. He also dedicated 10 years to serving as a wildland firefighter during the summer months. More than a decade ago, Josh transitioned from the trades into construction management, quickly earning a reputation for successfully leading a wide range of complex projects. His experience spans everything from large-scale infrastructure and development work to production building and high-end luxury homes. Known for his industry knowledge, strong leadership, and consistently positive attitude, Josh brings a steady, solutions-focused approach to every jobsite. He thrives on overcoming challenges and keeping projects moving forward.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, working on old cars, taking his boys wheeling in the Jeep, and riding his motorcycle whenever he gets the chance.
