With 25 years of industry experience, John Finney is respected by his colleagues for his fair, practical approach, subject matter knowledge, and natural leadership. He has been with Blue Ribbon Builders for over a decade. A professional problem-solver and creative organizer, he thrives while tackling each new element of a project and finding fresh ways to keep projects running smoothly. Drawing on the vast experience of the entire Blue Ribbon team, he endeavors to help others take pride in their work, do their best, and work collaboratively to build the finest custom homes in the region. In addition to his reputation for levelheadedness and strong leadership, John has earned several professional certifications, including OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Licensed Tower Crane Operator, management, and job site productivity. According to John, Big Sky is the best place in the world — a place where he can do work he is proud of with a company that takes excellent care of their team, all while enjoying mountain views and outdoor activities. John, his wife, and their two children get after it with an active lifestyle that includes hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, and mud bog racing. John can also be found cheering on his kids at their sporting and rodeo events.
